Size: 50 x 50 cm . 19.7 x 19.7 inch
Heavy dark blue cloth and on both side nice embroidered with gold wire
You are looking at a very rare banner Actually this one is incorrectly made.... When Northern Rhodesia became the republic of Zambia at independence in Oct 1964 they also made some changes to the badge.
The police became ZP Zambia Police The new Beret Badges and badge on (blue) Banners do not carry the name Northern Rhodesia but Zambia Police.
The Eagle above the Victoria falls is not holding a fish anymore and the (English) crown was removed.
This Banner is made between 1964 and 1965 still carry the crown!
Fine original condition and in mint condition for its age.
