CONDITION:
Used condition with some scuffs and scratches.  Light works. Missing one color filter in the filter wheel. Bulb cover latch does not work, but is not an issue unless you turn the light head upside down. Wheels and steel base shows some signs of rust from years of storage. Springs inside arm are noisy when moving, but still work great. This will make a great work light or floor lamp in an industrial loft. It's probably not in clean enough condition for medical use.
