→ 25CM Diameter Wheel - Adopt aluminum alloy wheel with large diameter of 25cm(9.8"), allowing users to draw large pieces with ease. Enclosed design prevents mud from eroding and penetrating into the fuselage. ABS basin is also easy cleaning.
→ Flexible Operation - Handle and foot pedal equipped for more agile operation, free to adjust rotary speed as you wish, giving you much more freedom to play with mud. Large bearing surface provides much comfort and enriches flexibility while using.
→ Rotate Clockwise or Counterclockwise - As for improved convenience, a switch that controls rotary direction is equipped. Two-way (both positive and negative selectable, providing more choices. The wheel rotates smoothly, with low noise(< 60 dB).
→ Safety Precautions - Single-phase three-wire connection with earth leakage protection device, ensuring safe and reliable operation. Combined with both professional pottery work and ceramic teaching for children, it is an ideal tool for ceramic bars and school teaching.
Notes:
Before you start this machine, please press the foot pedal at 45 degree, and then turn on the machine, and press it slowly. It will not reach the max speed until the padel arrives at the parallel position.
Operation:
1. Insert the power plug of the pottery machine into the 110V power socket, turn on the black leakage protection switch, and the power indicator light is on;
2. According to your working habit, turn on the rotation direction switch(Clockwise or Counterclockwise);
3. Use foot pedal to control speed, the working turntable speed starts to increase until it meets the working speed.
Maintenance:
☞ When using the pottery machine, it is recommended to put an extra small water basin on the machine to facilitate the cleaning of the clay in the hand
☞ The water in the basin of the pottery machine must not exceed the height of the turntable bottom
☞ Usually pay attention to the cleanliness, in case there is clay entering the bearing, because long-term clay accumulation will affect the life of the machine
☞ When the machine is not in use, please turn off the leakage protection switch and return the rotation direction switch to its original position.
